RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you change your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back underwear, swimwear, or any sealed item once opened, when you are changing your mind. Sports bras are not underwear. You can return them if they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging attached.
2. How to Start a Return: Contact us at orders@ascendiastore.com or WhatsApp +971 50 457 6417 with your order number. The first size exchange on each order is free of charge. Any further exchange on the same order is AED 10. Every change-of-mind return has an AED 10 courier charge to collect your piece, which is taken off your refund. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items: The change-of-mind rules do not apply. Tell us within 30 days from the day the fault appears, including a hidden fault that only shows up later. You choose a full refund or a free replacement — the choice is yours, not ours, and we do not offer repair. We pay the return shipping and refund your original delivery charge in full.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve it and send your refund within 2 working days. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 working days to show in your bank. For Cash on Delivery, send us your IBAN on WhatsApp and we transfer it to your UAE bank account within 2 working days.
Size Chart
Every Ascendia piece tells you how it fits on its own product page, under Fit. This guide explains what those words mean and how to pick your size.
How our sizes run
- Fitted — sits close to the body. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
- Regular — true to size. Take the size you normally wear.
- Relaxed — cut loose, usually with an elastic or drawcord waist. Take your normal size.
- Oversized — deliberately roomy, with dropped shoulders. Take your normal size for the loose look it is designed for, or one size down if you want it closer to the body.
How to measure yourself
Use a soft tape measure. Keep it level and do not pull it tight.
- Chest / bust — around the fullest part, under the arms.
- Waist — around the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part, with your feet together.
- Inseam — from the top of the inner thigh straight down to the ankle.
Measure over light clothing, or none, for the truest numbers.
