Track Your Order

Thank you for shopping with Ascendia. Here is exactly how to find out where your order is.

1. Check WhatsApp

You receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is on its way. That is the fastest way to see where your parcel is. We also send a shipping confirmation email with the same tracking details — if you cannot find it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. When to expect it

Order before 5:00pm UAE time on a working day and it arrives the next working day in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn take one extra working day. Orders placed after 5:00pm are counted from the next working day, and there are no deliveries on Sunday.

3. Ask us and we will check for you

If your tracking has not updated, or your order is taking longer than it should, email orders@ascendiastore.com or WhatsApp +971 50 457 6417 with your order number. We will contact the courier directly and come back to you with a real answer, usually the same working day.

4. If your order is delayed or does not arrive

Email us. We will trace it with the courier and either get it delivered to you or refund you in full. You will not be left chasing it yourself.
