Need help?
It says delivered but I do not have it
Check with your building reception, security or family first. Then WhatsApp us within 48 hours. We trace it with the courier and either deliver it or refund you in full.
My order is late
Public holidays and bad weather can add a day, and we tell you when that happens. If your order is more than one working day late, message us and we chase the courier the same day.
I need to change the address
Message us within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and the new address.
