Shipping Policy
Ascendia ships across the United Arab Emirates only. This page tells you exactly what we charge and when your order arrives. If anything here is unclear, email Ascendia12@gmail.com.
1. Delivery charges
All prices on this website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include all applicable charges. Delivery is charged separately at checkout:
- Free — on every order of AED 250 or more, anywhere in the UAE
- AED 18 — Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman
- AED 25 — Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn
Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn: your emirate is Sharjah, but these towns are on the east coast and delivery there costs AED 25. At checkout, please choose the delivery option named East coast (Khorfakkan, Kalba, Dibba Al Hisn).
The delivery charge is shown to you at checkout before you pay. We do not add any charge after you have placed your order.
2. Order cut-off
The cut-off is 5:00pm UAE time on a working day. Orders placed after 5:00pm are counted from the next working day.
3. Delivery times
Order before 5:00pm UAE time on a working day and your order arrives:
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain — the next working day
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn — one additional working day
There are no deliveries on Sunday. An order placed on Saturday is delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a UAE public holiday are counted from the next working day.
Delivery times may be longer during UAE public holidays or in bad weather. If your order is going to be late, we will tell you.
4. Payment
We accept card payment online and Cash on Delivery. If you choose Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
5. Tracking your order
You receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is on its way. If you want to know where your order is at any point, email Ascendia12@gmail.com and we will get an update from the courier for you.
6. Delivery partner
Orders are picked, packed and delivered by our logistics partner. Ascendia remains responsible to you for the order until it reaches you.
7. Delayed or lost orders
If your order is delayed or does not arrive, email Ascendia12@gmail.com. We will trace it with the courier and either deliver it or refund you in full.
8. Returns and the delivery charge
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your item to return it. Exchanges are free. Your first return on an order is free; a AED 10 charge applies to a second or further return on that same order.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the 14 days does not apply: tell us within 30 days from the day the fault appears, and you choose a full refund or a free replacement. The choice is yours, not ours, and we do not offer repair.
The delivery charge you paid on the original order is not refunded if you simply change your mind. It is refunded in full if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
