CANCELLATION POLICY

Plans change. Here is how to cancel an Ascendia order.

1. Cancellation Window: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that the order may already be packed and on its way, which makes cancelling harder — but you can still return it under our 14-day return policy once it arrives.

2. How to Request a Cancellation: Email orders@ascendiastore.com or WhatsApp +971 50 457 6417 with your order number. We will confirm by email.

3. Pre-Order Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that you may still cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch if the estimated shipping date changes or the item becomes unavailable.

4. Orders With Pre-Order Items: For an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together. Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

5. Refund Process: Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

6. If Something Is Wrong With The Item: Cancelling is separate from what happens if an item arrives faulty or not as described. In that case tell us within 30 days from the day the fault appears, and you choose a full refund or a free replacement. The choice is yours, not ours, and we do not offer repair. Nothing in this policy takes away any right you already have.
