CANCELLATION POLICY

Plans change. Here is how to cancel an Ascendia order.

1. Cancellation Window: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that the order may already be packed and on its way, which makes cancelling harder — but you can still return it under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.

2. How to Request a Cancellation: Email Ascendia12@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm by email.

3. Pre-Order Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that you may still cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch if the estimated shipping date changes or the item becomes unavailable.

4. Orders With Pre-Order Items: For an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together. Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

5. Refund Process: Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

6. Your Statutory Rights: Cancelling is separate from your rights if something is wrong with the item. If a product is faulty or not as described you may choose repair, replacement or a full refund under UAE consumer protection law, and nothing in this policy limits that.
