Shipping policy

Ascendia ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery charges: AED 18 to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. AED 25 to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn. All prices are in UAE Dirhams. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and no charge is added afterwards. Orders of AED 250 or more are delivered free anywhere in the UAE. If you live in Khorfakkan, Kalba or Dibba Al Hisn, please choose the “East coast” delivery option at checkout — these towns are part of Sharjah, so the AED 18 Sharjah rate will also appear, but it does not cover the east coast.

Order cut-off: The cut-off is 5:00pm UAE time on a working day. Orders placed after 5:00pm are counted from the next working day.

Delivery times: Order before 5:00pm UAE time on a working day and it arrives the next working day in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn take one additional working day. There are no deliveries on Sunday, so an order placed on Saturday is delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a UAE public holiday are counted from the next working day. Delivery may take longer during public holidays or in bad weather, and we will tell you if your order is going to be late.

Payment: We accept card payment online and Cash on Delivery.

Tracking: You receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is on its way. To check where your order is at any time, email orders@ascendiastore.com or WhatsApp +971 50 457 6417 and we will get an update from the courier for you.

Delayed or lost orders: If your order is delayed or does not arrive, email orders@ascendiastore.com or WhatsApp +971 50 457 6417. We will trace it with the courier and either deliver it or refund you in full.

Returns: If you change your mind you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have 30 days from the day the fault appears and you choose a refund or a replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
