A sleeveless workout hoodie for men, cut regular fit with a hood and no sleeves, so nothing holds your shoulders back through a press, pull or lift, in the gym or outdoors.

90% Polyester, 10% Spandex
Fit: Regular fit — true to size.
Care: Machine wash cold, separately. Hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on the lowest heat.

Ascendia ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently ship internationally.
1. Delivery charges: AED 18 to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. AED 25 to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn. Delivery is free on every order of AED 350 or more.
2. Order before 5:00pm: Order before 5:00pm UAE time on a working day and it arrives the next working day in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn take one extra working day. Orders placed after 5:00pm are counted from the next working day.
3. Weekend: There are no deliveries on Sunday. An order placed on Saturday is delivered on Monday.
4. Payment: Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with Tabby or Tamara, or Cash on Delivery when it arrives.
5. Tracking: When your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation. For an update at any time, WhatsApp us with your order number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you change your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back underwear, swimwear, or any sealed item once opened, when you are changing your mind. Sports bras are not underwear. You can return them if they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging attached.
2. How to Start a Return: Contact us at orders@ascendiastore.com or WhatsApp +971 50 457 6417 with your order number. A AED 10 collection charge applies to every change-of-mind return and to every exchange, and it is taken off your refund. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items: The change-of-mind rules do not apply. Tell us within 30 days from the day the fault appears, including a hidden fault that only shows up later. You choose a full refund or a free replacement — the choice is yours, not ours, and we do not offer repair. We pay the return shipping and refund your original delivery charge in full.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Size Chart
Every Ascendia piece tells you how it fits on its own product page, under Fit. This guide explains what those words mean and how to pick your size.
How our sizes run
- Fitted — sits close to the body. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
- Regular — true to size. Take the size you normally wear.
- Relaxed — cut loose, usually with an elastic or drawcord waist. Take your normal size.
- Oversized — deliberately roomy, with dropped shoulders. Take your normal size for the loose look it is designed for, or one size down if you want it closer to the body.
How to measure yourself
Use a soft tape measure. Keep it level and do not pull it tight.
- Chest / bust — around the fullest part, under the arms.
- Waist — around the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part, with your feet together.
- Inseam — from the top of the inner thigh straight down to the ankle.
Measure over light clothing, or none, for the truest numbers.
The sizes we carry
- Women's — S, M and L. A few styles also come in XL.
- Women's XL and above — the FitFusion Workout Set runs XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL.
- Men's — S, M, L and XL, depending on the style. The Comfort Oversized T-Shirt also comes in 2XL, and the Sleeveless Workout Hoodie in 2XL and 3XL.
