Ascendia ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently ship internationally.

1. Shipping Rates: AED 18 to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. AED 25 to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.

2. Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00pm UAE time are collected the same day. Orders placed after 5:00pm are collected the next working day.

3. Delivery Times: Next working day in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Khorfakkan and Kalba take one extra working day.

4. Weekend: There are no deliveries on Sunday. An order placed on Saturday is delivered on Monday.

5. Payment on Delivery: Cash on Delivery is available.

6. Tracking: You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return: Contact us at Ascendia12@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
